Photoshoot day tomorrow! Last time I saw this shower it was in progress but she’s camera ready now 🤍 I love working with Jason @rkkconstruction and @emilyannekeeney to shoot these gorgeous homes. This one is on the market currently and situated high on a Mercer Island hill looking west.

Honest marble tiles douse the shower in lovely Mother-Earth-made movement but we added a little organization with the vertical stacked pattern. Luxe, natural, chic, and durable for generations…use marble only when, well, always. Only always.

Coming to Suncadia this year! So eager to see this

Coming to Suncadia this year! So eager to see this home get in the ground as the leaves start to fall. Home building is a long journey but working with Lauren @laurencroccoad and Bobby & Amy of @nwrootsconstruction will make this process 1,000% better.

I’ll be sharing more of this French inspired cottage as we finalize design in the next couple of weeks. Furnishings review coming next, then we follow along as the team starts to build.

One note-worthy comment from our Client before we even started: “Make it unlike all the other Suncadia homes.” Ok, gotcha…so we’ll be doubling down on details and personality and a bespoke approach to design (we always do, we don’t do fast-home) but the go ahead to DREAM was all I needed…
