A client’s family history will sometimes play a big role in the design of a home. That was the case for this major kitchen remodel. Scottish roots lent themselves to the creation of the highly traditional space, from the cabinets to the worn brass. Current details make their way into the kitchen as well – custom cabinets created plenty of opportunity to hone in on this family’s specific needs and lifestyle. Dramatically traditional but refreshingly current, this home will host many family gatherings.
