    Fall is coming, there’s a chill in the air, and co Fall is coming, there’s a chill in the air, and cozy snuggly mornings are headed our way. This Suncadia home’s south facing bedroom would be perfect to sleep in, bright enough to not be dreary but soft enough to sleep in. *You can rent this home and enjoy the cozy factor IRL! Thank you to the Architect, Tatiana, of @space.lab.design for the referral, the whole reason I was a part of this gem of a project. Thank you to Anton of @abphotovideo_ for shooting this home beautifully and methodically, making it truly magazine worthy. ✨ I’m a competitive person but not like how you’d think. I do not see a need to compare myself to other Designers - we’re individuals with different perspectives and there’s no one way to design a home or create a feeling of home - but I am wildly and relentlessly competitive with myself. Where I’m going, where I’ve come from, steeping up to progress and grow and learn…all while trying to stay grounded and content… Truthfully, publications are my own badge of honor.     Photoshoot day tomorrow! Last time I saw this show Photoshoot day tomorrow! Last time I saw this shower it was in progress but she’s camera ready now 🤍 I love working with Jason @rkkconstruction and @emilyannekeeney to shoot these gorgeous homes. This one is on the market currently and situated high on a Mercer Island hill looking west. Honest marble tiles douse the shower in lovely Mother-Earth-made movement but we added a little organization with the vertical stacked pattern. Luxe, natural, chic, and durable for generations…use marble only when, well, always. Only always. Photoshoot day is a good day.     Coming to Suncadia this year! So eager to see this Coming to Suncadia this year! So eager to see this home get in the ground as the leaves start to fall. Home building is a long journey but working with Lauren @laurencroccoad and Bobby & Amy of @nwrootsconstruction will make this process 1,000% better. I’ll be sharing more of this French inspired cottage as we finalize design in the next couple of weeks. Furnishings review coming next, then we follow along as the team starts to build.
